I cashed out the value. They sent me my check. On the gross distribution it shows the amount I got. On the taxable amount it shows what was actually taxable. Then of course they took out federal taxes on that taxable amount. My question is when I efile Ho do I file my form the life insurance sent me? Another question is when I go to say how much I made for the year do I have to put in the gross distribution or do I only put in that I made the taxable value. Meaning do add into my income the face value of the cash surrender or only the amount that was actually taxable? Any help?

And I remembered sitting on this very dock, in this very seat, candidly thinking about what toy to play with next or what we were having for dinner that night. This seat is today my refuge; where I can escape from this world filled to the rim with rumors, pain and ample jealousy. Sitting here, I gaze out into the distance and let the placid waves erase all of yesterday’s pains. I inhale the cool mountain breeze and let it fill my lungs with enough power to overcome life’s upcoming challenges. Then when I’m drained of all this energy like a tub drained of its soapy water, I come back to this asylum of revitalization, to this shelter of emotions, to this sanctuary of puissance, to be revived yet again.

You reject the Zend Avesta (Ahura Mazda) the Qur'an (Allah), Bhagavad Gita (Krishna) and hundreds of other eyewitness testimonies about other gods. Hindus, Muslims, Zoroastrians, Jains, and others have personal loving relationships with their gods. You'll even hear some people claim Krishna or Ahura Mazda changed their lives. How long until a burn stops itching?
I accidentally burnt myself on the foot with about/almost half a cup of hot oil and it's healing well, I treated it correctly (warm then tepid then cold water, burn cream, etc.) but it's just really itchy, I was wondering how long until it stops itching? The blisters are almost all gone, it's just slightly brown and red, the skin is still rough-ish to the touch but yiiah, how long until it stops itching? It's so hard not to scratch!! Are there any easy, cheap, at-home remedies to stop it itching? Help please!

Italy weather/dress in March?
I'm traveling italy in march (rome, venice, florence) and i have heard that it is still chilly and somewhat rainy around that time. The Fether Tether makes a model for very small birds. I bought one for my cockatiel when he was seven weeks old, however, I could never get him into the harness. Birds generally don't like being restrained, and he thrashed so hard and fought me trying to get that harness on that I finally gave up. I was afraid he was going to hurt himself. Some birds (notably conures) are often more receptive to having their bodies manipulated, but if your bird isn't already used to having his wings stretched out by hand, etc. then you might want to consider getting a travel carrier instead to take your bird around. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it would take a lot of training and patience to get your bird to accept the harness, even if Charlie is still young and impressionable.

Problem with my MIND??? Or my thinking?
Im guy at 17 years, and have Asperger's Syndrome. I've had many childhood problems (bullying even by my father) and didn't want to trust my Intuition anymore as I was hurt too much, and since I was ONLY 8 Years old I began to live inside my head.....I am always thinking, and in fact I feel very comfortable when Im in my head, but on the other hand I know it isn't good. Many times I fail do to some things because I always think before doing them, and then I don't do anything at all. My mind is always racing on different things, but most commonly on my social life and what is wrong with it, and I always imagine me being in a perfect social situation. Also, my mind seems so fast that when there is a problem (in H.W for example) the solution pops up instantly. I am very concentrated when doing work, but in social situations (not always) my mind drifts off because I am in the habit of thinking if Im not focusing on work. Also, when I see something I can make many associations with that thing immediately, and I am the first to notice things usually. Sometimes to try to reduce the thinking, I concentrate on something and I manage to do it, but only for about 2 minutes, then get back to thinking. Its like Im addicted to thinking, it makes me comfortable, sure of what Im going to do and also have many great ideas more than others. Is this something to be worried about???

(I know its not a big deal but Ive lived with this for 24 years and Im just curious) i don't like my nose and I never have. The tip goes down too low. Cheap Plane Tix Tips?
So I did about an hours worth of researching last night on different plane ticket sites and I ended up finding a 2 week trip from Denver, to STL, to Dallas, and back to Denver for only $234 WITH TAX!I go on tonight to buy the tickets and everything has gone up $50-$80 then what it used to be, what the heck?! I've gone to a private school my whole life. My parents want me to go to a private high school. I do too, it's a great school and I really, really like it. But we already don't have enough money to pay our bills because of tuition (mine and my brother's). This high school is twice as much tuition as they are paying for my middle school, and we really can't afford it, even with financial aid. If I go, I would have no Christmas presents next year, which I really don't care about. The problem is that my brother wouldn't get any either. He's nine, and he still believes in Santa Claus, and he would be devastated if Santa didn't bring him any gifts, because he's really a good kid. Not to mention that he wouldn't get any birthday gifts. I really can't go to this private school for the sake of my parents and my brother. I spilt some of the chemical EDTA on my jacket?
I had a lab today in chemistry and we used a low concentration of EDTA. I accidentally spilt a few drops of it on my jacket but I wiped it off with my hand. I am going to start nursing school this Summer, but there's SO many other things I love to do. Nursing and children are my passion and have been since I was young. I plan on working further with my nursing degree (BSN) and then going to med school to get my Phd as a pediatrician for either the military or my current city. I also love and adore cars and beautiful houses, so I was thinking that maybe I should look into being an architect or a car designer, but recently heard that those jobs have had a HUGE downfall between 2005-the present. Does anyone have any suggestions on another field I can look into or try to persue? If possible, please include education required (number of years) and the monthly and yearly pay :). Money really isn't the main thing In concerned about, I just want to have a job I will love and enjoy doing everyday for the rest of my life (being a pediatrican), but these days, money does make a big difference. After 5 months of c-section, a routine test found that my TSH level was 250. My doctor suggested me to start 75 mcg of thyroxine tablets. Now, after 6 weeks it was 2.02 and after 2 more weeks it was 1.34. During this period, my menstrual cycles also started. At 8 weeks, I visited my doctor and he said I should continue on the same tablet for one year. Isn't one year too long? Do you think these test reports are not conclusive? Well, the Athlon II 250 will generally give you a VERY slightly higher framerate in games, but the E5700 will be snappier in Windows and will be quicker at editing and rendering media. Me and my girlfriend have been together for the last seven months at first it was amazing, fresh and fun and I was happier in my life than I had been in along time. RAISING TURKEYS NEED HELP!?
i was not sure about raising anything for food but afetr realizing the conditions supermarket turkeys go through, i would rather give my turkeys the best care for thier short inevitable lives. I have a wall in my barn that used to have 3 average sized 10x12 horse stalls. now its just a wall but i was thinking of putting a chicken wire cage in their to house mabey 20 or so surplus broad breasted turkeys. i might put an outdoor pen enclousure too if possable. Recently I have gotten into film photography and I'm taking a lot of pictures. But the price to get pictures developed and put onto a disc is about $13. I have lived in a studio apartment. It was small and private, but frankly kind of lonely. I fully understand not being happy with room mates, but when you are young I believe living with room mates is a great deal more fun and worth the trade of being the king of your castle and more importantly the most economic way to live. You just might need to find some better suited room mates to meet your desired lifestyle. This may sound like a stupid question, but firstly, sorry im not rich and i have never dealt with bigger than 4 figures, and secondly, most of my family lives international. In previous experiences traveling to visit family, I have noticed the custom and claims forms have questions about carrying more than a certain amount of cash. I assume i would run into thorough questioning about drug transactions and major challenges trying to bring millions into a country, like just straight up in a suitcase. Also i dont really hear about people keeping millions in bank accounts, because if something goes wrong with the bank, the federal bank only covers up to like a quarter mil or something, according to what i learned in economics; once a person has a certain amount, they put the max in the bank and then convert the rest into stocks and bonds. So i was just thinking, if I won the lottery, I would definitely want to give at least like 2 mil to my little neices and their parents so they could get a house and car and set up for college. Im guy at 17 years, and have Asperger's Syndrome. I've had many childhood problems (bullying even by my father) and didn't want to trust my Intuition anymore as I was hurt too much, and since I was ONLY 8 Years old I began to live inside my head.....I am always thinking, and in fact I feel very comfortable when Im in my head, but on the other hand I know it isn't good. Many times I fail do to some things because I always think before doing them, and then I don't do anything at all. My mind is always racing on different things, but most commonly on my social life and what is wrong with it, and I always imagine me being in a perfect social situation. Also, my mind seems so fast that when there is a problem (in H.W for example) the solution pops up instantly. I am very concentrated when doing work, but in social situations (not always) my mind drifts off because I am in the habit of thinking if Im not focusing on work. Also, when I see something I can make many associations with that thing immediately, and I am the first to notice things usually. Sometimes to try to reduce the thinking, I concentrate on something and I manage to do it, but only for about 2 minutes, then get back to thinking. Its like Im addicted to thinking, it makes me comfortable, sure of what Im going to do and also have many great ideas more than others. Is this something to be worried about???

RAISING TURKEYS NEED HELP!?
i was not sure about raising anything for food but afetr realizing the conditions supermarket turkeys go through, i would rather give my turkeys the best care for thier short inevitable lives. I have a wall in my barn that used to have 3 average sized 10x12 horse stalls. now its just a wall but i was thinking of putting a chicken wire cage in their to house mabey 20 or so surplus broad breasted turkeys. i might put an outdoor pen enclousure too if possable. I am going to try to hope that they will breed and have more baby chicks. My plan is to raise them for meat for my family and to possably sell the chicks or the turkeys for food. do you think this is cost effective with feed prices going up? when do they lay eggs? can they breed? do you think this is enough room? how much would i sell the meat for? are they loud? do toms crow or make loud noises(as obnoxious as roosters?) Is this a good breed(cheapest i found was meyer hatchery for $4.23 each st.run) any tips or other important info will help! thanx!

Should i break up with my girlfriend? please help...?
Me and my girlfriend have been going out for almost 4 months, im 17 (senior) and shes 16 (junior). I am in love with her. I chased her for like 7 or 8 months until she would finally go out with me and now that we are together we have been very happy for these 4 months. the problem is, i feel like im not important at all in her life. i know she likes me, shes nice to me, we make out a lot, etc. but i wish she would just let go and fall for me. i wish she would actually WANT to be with me and act caring towards me. i can barely imagine being without her, and theres so much im still looking forward to in our relationship, but its getting rediculous. should i break up with her? if not, do you have any advice to help our relationship?

With my situation should I sue my Chiropractor?
I got rear ended Feb 2010. Went to chiropractor for two months she released me even though I told her I still had pain. I settled the wreck. I then went back to Chiro and paid her with my own money after settlement with issues. I told her when neck would move certain ways or even pop I felt sharp pain all the way down my right side of my body. She kept adjusting my neck and told me it was simple imflammation. I started seeing family doctor who sent me to back doctor or ordered MRI. It showed disc sitting against my spinal cord and I had immediate surgery to have it removed before I got paralyzed. With surgery I lost my job because I did not heal in two weeks (worked for small company under 50 emplloyees that doesnt follow FMLA rules, doesnt have to) .... Even The lawyer who handled my wreck asked how the chiropractor let me go if I still said I had pain and never ordered MRI. Now I am not sure if he will take the case against her because she refers lots of car accident victims his way. I have never been in a wreck or sued before but this seems to have taken a bit of my life away that possibly could have been prevented or done alot sooner (I got fired because its tax season and I work for an accountant, that being said if I was to have this caught over the spring whne this first happened I possibly would still have my job and/or different surgery outcome?) With that said, has anyone ever considered giving tax breaks to big companies in exchange for them not shipping jobs overseas, or more specifically in exchange for them hiring people in this country? In other words, we would give them the tax breaks but the tradeoff would be that they would have to create jobs in this country. That way they would have less taxes and therefore could hire more people, but they would have to hire people in this country, they could not be overseas. It seems like big companies would do this to help our own economy rather than pay a lot of taxes and sill hire overseas workers.
What's wrong with me? Very weird story?
On Wednesday(1/26/11), I got my braces off, then went back to school. In 3rd block, I was just fine. Then a few minutes after 4th block started, I noticed that my hands started to get really cold. On the bus ride home, I was shivering a lot. Then when I got home, I laid down and wrapped up under a blanket. While I was under the blanket, I was still cold, and shivering. (I had on my jacket, long pants, and long socks). Shortly after, the fever came in. My legs were numb, and I couldn't see straight, and I was very light headed. After I got out of the shower, my heart was beating rapidly and I was out of breath. When I laid back down, It felt as if my brain was pounding against the front of my skull. I recovered later on that night. The next day, the same thing happened, but later on in 4th block instead of the first few minutes. Does anyone know what's wrong with me?

Ahaha... So ur a sc2 fan too? Well my comp was $350 only because it was home built n I can play on decent settings. I would just go out and buy a $700 computer in best buy or something and it can run sc2 fine on probaly close to highest.

In case you haven't read the paper lately, the economy stinks. While seniors likely are increasingly getting into debt, I don't believe most of them are trying to abuse the system by putting tens of thousands of dollars on credit cards with no intention to pay. My parents use credit cards wisely and are in their 80's and live modestly. My mother has Parkison's Disease and takes maybe 10 different pills a day- one of them alone costs 1000.00 month. So I think life is very expensive for older ill people even if they have insurance, so many of them are just getting by, not eating at Outback every night, People of all ages get into debt, but singling out seniors is unfair.
