Dentist is charging me $210 for 3 fillings and full mouth debridement?

He's charging me 75 dollars for the deep cleaning or, otherwise known as full mouth debridement and $45 for each tooth filling. so that's $210 in total. is that a good deal? i've never been to a dentist in my life so i'm not familiar with dental pricing. by the way, i do have dental insurance so consider that as well.
