Is a bottle of Coconut Rum (21.5%Alc Vol) opened with swigs taken safe to drink after 4 months in a hot car?

I was cleaning my car and found a cheap knock of Malibu under the seat (21.5%Alc Vol). I remember taking two or three swigs from it 4 months ago. It's been in a hot car in the middle of summer. Is it safe to drink or at least be used when I cook Indian as a flavour agent/deglaze?
