What is the meaning & purpose of life? Why this question shows up so often? Why nearly all answers are silly?

That is a very personal question that will mean different things to each individual according to their personality and beliefs. It shows up often because some people are bored and can't think of any other question to ask....I sincerely doubt that questioners rare really wanting an answer. There are no right or wrong answers just simply opinions.
