Different career fields?

I am going to start nursing school this Summer, but there's SO many other things I love to do. Nursing and children are my passion and have been since I was young. I plan on working further with my nursing degree (BSN) and then going to med school to get my Phd as a pediatrician for either the military or my current city. I also love and adore cars and beautiful houses, so I was thinking that maybe I should look into being an architect or a car designer, but recently heard that those jobs have had a HUGE downfall between 2005-the present. Does anyone have any suggestions on another field I can look into or try to persue? If possible, please include education required (number of years) and the monthly and yearly pay :). Money really isn't the main thing In concerned about, I just want to have a job I will love and enjoy doing everyday for the rest of my life (being a pediatrican), but these days, money does make a big difference.
