Nose job / do it yourself?

please don't send rude/ridiculous replies (Im being serious) Im curious if anybody knows of the best/easiest/cheapest way to change the shape of your nose. (I know its not a big deal but Ive lived with this for 24 years and Im just curious) i don't like my nose and I never have. The tip goes down too low. Heres a picture ( http://i54.tinypic.com/28k3las.jpg ) is there anything i can do (daily/once) to make the tip not so (long?) i put black lines where my nostrils are and red lines surrounding the area i feel isnt (needed) i guess you would say. I dont really want to have plastic surgery (money/mess ups) but if anyone knows about how much it might cost (for what i want done) please give me some insight. Or anything I could do myself (doubtful) please help me out, thank you.
