Is monsterairsoftusa.com an okay site?

I've heard a lot of differing opinions. The main thing I seem to be hearing is that they overcharge shipping and take longer to ship than they should. If I order from there it will be enough to get free shipping so I don't care about the shipping charges, and I can live with waiting a couple of weeks for delivery since the prices seem so cheap. I just want to know if anyone knows if the products get sent and arrive intact, and you get what you're supposed to.
