A nice Thiruvananthapuram mess please?

Well,You know what I mean - a cheap guest house to rent a room for a month or more.As I was in Kolkata,I found a nice one,but it does take time & effort :( How about other people who did the same in Trivandrum share their ideas?Any help appreciated
