Scam or genuine-HELP!?

I went onto craigs list to sell a printer/scanner cheap (the printers broken) Some guy responded saying he was happy with the price/condition but would be in US for a couple months could I send it&he'll pay shipping. Its worked out to something ridiculous and hes rounded it up saying 'just buy yourself a drink with the extra couple pounds'. He told me he'd transfer the money first & then I could ship it. Scam right?
