I gave my wife the oppurtunity to avoid this, but she didn't take it... Now she is mad?

Lmao...!!! I don't know rather to laugh or to be disgusted . She better wake up this is a big part of a marriage and unless she just don't want you anymore then you guys need that emotional and physical connection to keep this thing going. And just because you guys have been together for 10 years doesn't mean that this should stop . Marriage is work sit her down in talk to her not in such a negative way but let her know your needs such as I miss being close to you . I want us back and then let her respond handle this subject with care because it could just be her hormones and she herself don't even know it . If you handle this a little more delicately I guarantee you will get results than threatening her.
